I agree with the other post, but for a place to stop it was alright. We had site 20 and were not affected by road noise. The staff was friendly on check in. We would use the park again for this price. If the price goes up we would move on to find a different park.
This is a very nice park that is off of the beaten path. The sites have 20, 30, and 50 amp service. Free 24 channel cable TV and Wi-Fi at the sites. The roads are well cared for and no over hanging tree limbs. The staff was very friendly upon check in. Our rate is based on Passport America's price. We visited in the off season so park was very quiet, but with the water park in the summer months this park could be very busy. We would use this park again.
Very nice park. We have used this park several times. The site are of adequate size and are level. The Wi-Fi worked well on our stay. We will use this park again.
A Great park that is very well maintained. The park has free laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, and allows you to wash your vehicles. All roads are paved and you park on a level concrete pad. The only draw back is the wind, but the park can't control that. The park is only about three miles from Amarillo so shopping is near. We had no problems with freeway noise even though park is located about 1/4 mile from I-40. We would recommend this park and we will use it again.
This is a nice rural park. Very good power, but water connections are a long distance from your site. Park is well maintained with good paved roads. We will use this park again. Our camping rate was based on a weekly rate.
We camp here every summer. This is not a five star resort but a north woods campground. Most sites are adequate in size. The roads can get very dusty during dry weather. Owners are on site and friendly. Nice park to sit back relax, fish, and enjoy the rustic north.
